Ale is always at the intersection of multiple curiosities, looking for ways to make a great positive change. This motivation was born out of her close connection to the poorest slums in Peru, where she led volunteering initiatives to build houses for the families in need. During the pandemic, she co-founded an NGO to provide online private tutoring to 3000 students. Keen to explore beyond the nonprofit world, she flew to the University of Pennsylvania to study how entrepreneurship can drive impact.
Her interests range from economic development to biology to health and governance systems. Ale is exploring how we can use tools to drive new economic thinking to align individual and collective incentives for positive outcomes. She is excited to work alongside entrepreneurs with seemingly impossible ideas to bring these to reality.
Outside of work, you will find her in nature, hiking, biking, surfing, or playing tennis— whatever gets her body moving. Or very still, meditating!
